LifeSearch Podcast: Searching for Elephants

Mental Health is critical to all people everywhere, we know that in order for LifeSearch to look after it's people properly it must also look after their mental health.

Two years ago a few LifeSearchers undertook mental health first aid training and together they have become LifeSearch's first line of defense against mental health issues. They are The Listening Ears. They are just normal Searchers who have a special interest in helping out.

LifeSearch are sharing this information in the hope that organisations across the UK will listen up and take action. Join Angus Baigrie and The Listening Ears as they talk mental health both inside and out of the workplace.
